Yebo is run by Jason Keays in the United Kingdom. If you have a question about your details, email jason@yebo.studio.
What I collect
- What you send me. Your website address, email and name, if you fill in the form or email me.
- Where you came from. If you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, the form also sends the ad click ID and campaign tags, the page you landed on and the site that sent you. This is the same tracking I set up for clients, so I can see which marketing works.
- A spam check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
- Visit counts. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to each page. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
Why
To reply to your request and send you the diagnosis you asked for. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
If I contacted you first, it's because your business looked like a good fit. I used publicly available business contact details. Reply "no thanks" and I won't contact you again.
Who handles it
The site and form run on Cloudflare. Form emails are delivered by Resend, and my email is hosted by Google Workspace. Each processes data only to provide its service.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
